Breakfast buffet at the restaurant in Ischgl in Tyrol
A rich buffet offers you everything you need for your sporty day in the natural environment of Ischgl. You can enjoy your breakfast until 11.00am. Late sleepers can have their breakfast from 11.00am to 4.00pm in the hotel lounge.
Lunch
Around lunchtime our restaurant offers you à la carte delicacies from Austria and the Paznaun valley and delicious deserts. The comfortable parlour is open not only to our guests but also to visitors.
Afternoon
In the afternoon you may want to taste various “Strudel” specialties and traditional cakes at the YSCLA Hotel. With these sweet delights we serve you coffee, hot chocolate or finest teas.
Awarded cuisine in the evening
The culinary highlight is without a doubt the delicious dinner prepared by Benny Parth, who is Austria’s youngest awarded chef de cuisine. Enjoy the five-course meal at our restaurant. You will also find a salad-crudités buffet, a starter buffet and a buffet with cold and warm deserts to choose from at the YSCLA Hotel. If you wish you can also take part in one of our special fondue evenings.
