All you need to know
The room price includes:
Prices are per day, and person, and are in Euro, personal choice of room type, half board, including large buffet breakfast (until 11.00 am.) choice of evening meals, use of our sauna centre, garage space free of charge. Rooms: Colour cable TV, radio and alarm clock, hair dryer, room safe, telephone and bathing robe. Service charge, tax and guest tax. €7.00 will be deducted from the half board room price, for rooms booked with bed and breakfast only.
Additional Charges: Will be made for stays less than one week (depending on season times) up to 50% per person, and day, for the required room type.
Discounts:
For shared rooms only, for instance a double room with an extra bed for a third person.
Children up to 3 years of age: €22.00
Children from 4 to 7 years of age: €30.00
Children from 8 to 11 years of age €37.00
Children from 12 to 16 years of age: minus 35% off of the room price and adults receive 20% off of the room price.
Price per child per day: When children require their own room no matter what age they are, the normal room price will be charged.
Dogs are allowed after previous arrangements have been made. They have to be kept on a lead at all times in the hotel. They are not allowed in the recreation rooms. We would kindly ask for your co-operation and understanding. Price €18.00 per day without food.
Parking is free of charge in the hotel’s own parking places in the public garage (350 m away from the hotel).
Deposits: €150.00, SFR 300,- per person, either by credit card or by bank transfers to Account Nr. 520000757 at the Spar- und Vorschusskassa – Bank code 45850 – in A 6561 Ischgl, IBAN: AT 564585 000 52 0000 757, Swift-Code: VBOEAT WWLAN – no deposit means no booking guarantee.
CANCELLATION POLICE: In case of a cancelation the international hotel regulation coming into effect.
When you are arriving later than you have booked, or leave erlier you have to pay the day price of the booked categorie.
When you have booked a package week there is no refund.
When you want to stay alone in a double room you have to pay the whole price of the double room.
Travel cancelation incurance: That there are on cost for you in case of a cacelation because of illness or in case of death and so on

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Hotel bills can be paid with either cash or with a European cheque card (A,G,NL). Please note that all expenses incurred will be charged to you. We also accept Eurocard and Visa cards. Your room will be ready for occupation from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. We would ask you to kindly vacate your room before 11.00 am on the day of departure. Court of Jurisdiction: Landeck.
