Your culinary holiday
The perfect start – the buffet breakfast in the Yscla: an extensive buffet, which offers everything needed to make one fit for that sporting holiday. The egg dishes are cooked fresh to each order. Enjoy a long breakfast in peace until 11.00 am. We serve breakfast in the lounge for long sleepers from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm.
At lunchtime we serve small refined à la carte Austrian and Paznauner specialities and desserts in our cosy stuben.
At coffee and Marendzeit we offer in the lounge various strudel specialities and cakes. Along with coffee, espresso cappuccino, original hot chocolate or selected blends of tee. It is nice to meet, and drink a glass of cool draft Pils and eat a hearty Paznauner Marend (late afternoon snack mostly with Speck and freshly baked farmers bread) in our lounge after a days skiing.
Last Stop mouth watering food: The culinary highlight in the Yscla is the gastronomic festivals in the evenings. You have the difficult choice of putting together your own 5 course special menu from the various gourmet menus. Salad-crudities buffet, starter buffets, cold and hot deserts buffets and the fondue evening round off the choice. We have reserved your own personal table for the duration of your stay.
Especially for our little guests - our chef cooks special dishes daily, and once in a while a great children’s party takes place.
