Ischgl Ironbike
With its well known 3 trail concept the Ischgl Ironbike offers all sportsmen the perfect challenge. The short trail with its length of 27 kilometres and a difference of 700 metres in altitude is possible for every ambitious hobby biker to tackle, the trial racing atmosphere makes it possible.
Now the test really starts – on the intermediate trail: the way up the Idalpe is steep and energy draining, the way on to the Vellilscharte is very demanding even for well trained bikers. The following ascent through the Velliltal on the Super-Trail designed by the mountain bike legend Hans Rey, helps you to forget the last gruelling biking efforts: 1,200 m of pure downhill fun back to the finish in Ischgl. The intermediate trail measures 46 kilometres and a difference of 2,000m altitude.
The classical strenuous Ironbike Trail is awaiting the strongest bikers: 77 kilometres and a difference of 3,600m in altitude, the steepest downhill tracks up to 2,800 metres, but also trails and beautiful scenery on the Greitspitz- and Salaaser-Trail.
The ultimate challenge – it is not called the Ischgl Ironbike for nothing.
Ischgl and the whole of the organisation team of the Ischgl Ironbike, are happy to present an unforgettable racing weekend in the Paznaun valley.
