From the very beginning, Benjamin Parth’s motto has been to “improve every day”. In 2009, he was considered to be the “youngest toque-awarded chef in Austria”. Ten years later, Parth celebrated the highlight of his career since that point, when he received “Gault&Millau Cook of the Year 2019” award. One year later, the prestigious French dining list “La Liste” honoured him with the “Young Chef Award 2020”. Today, his Gourmet Restaurant Stüva is one of the top addresses for food connoisseurs in Austria.

Our service team – under the leadership of ASI sommelier Sarah Parth – provides charming service and will also expertly advise you about the world of wine. Authentic quality wines from Austria’s top winemakers will accompany your menu. In our wine cellar Celerina we store around 10,000 bottles with a focus on Austrian wines; among the 800 items, wine connoisseurs will also find rare wines from around the world as well as wines from selected newcomers.
