From January 2021, the sushi mania starts in Benjamin Part’s cutting-edge pop-up sushi bar in Ischgl. In the exclusive “Ramen” of the gourmet boutique hotel YSCLA, the four-time award-winning chef and his team are now conjuring up Asian dishes – in other words, they cook Asian dishes. Recipes from his recently published debut work “Show-Off Kitchen for Everyone” are also used, which are inspired by his culinary trips to the Far East. Delicious from the Far East: From sushi, sashimi, maki to Kobe beef, there is hardly a facet of Asian cuisine that is not featured here.
There are still rumors about this exotic novelty in the gastronomic portfolio of the always innovative culinary artist from Tyrol.
