From January 2021, the sushi mania starts in Benjamin Part’s cutting-edge pop-up sushi bar in Ischgl. In the exclusive “Ramen” of the gourmet boutique hotel YSCLA, the four-time award-winning chef and his team are now conjuring up Asian dishes – in other words, they cook Asian dishes. Recipes from his recently published debut work “Show-Off Kitchen for Everyone” are also used, which are inspired by his culinary trips to the Far East. Delicious from the Far East: From sushi, sashimi, maki to Kobe beef, there is hardly a facet of Asian cuisine that is not featured here.

There are still rumors about this exotic novelty in the gastronomic portfolio of the always innovative culinary artist from Tyrol. Who will accompany him on his epic Asian expedition is currently still a Far Eastern secret. Parth currently only reveals this much: “Our Kobe beef is a very fine ‘sake’!”
