The gourmet restaurant Stüva in Hotel YSCLA has evolved from being an insider tip to one of the top restaurants in the country and enjoys an excellent reputation in gourmet circles. Benjamin Parth’s cooking expertise has made the Stüva restaurant what it is today – one of the leading gourmet restaurants in Tirol. Even at the tender age of 19 Parth earned his first toque from Gault Millau, which at that time in 2009 made him the ‘youngest toque-awarded chef in Austria’. And as if that weren’t enough, with his courageous gourmet concept he worked his way right to the top, year by year. Today the Stüva restaurant (Rhaeto-Romanic for ‘snug’) is without a doubt one of the best restaurants in the country. Something which leading gourmet guides confirm:
