Restaurant Stüva offers you a gourmet choice of either a 4-course or 7-course degustation menu. Guests are served and receive expert advice from our young, charming service team. Our sommelier judiciously recommends wines from the wine list – to suit your chosen menu. Wines may also be chosen by the glass. Please note that for organisational reasons, vegan meals are not offered.
LEGENDARY – THE CHEESE TROLLEY IN THE STÜVA
The cheese trolley in Restaurant Stüva is anything but run of the mill – specialities from Alsatian ‘cheese expert’ Bernard Antony, probably the most famous affineur in the world, are served at the end of every gourmet menu. And should these wonderful cheeses not be enough, stories are also served up to go with each individual wonderful cheese.

The name YSCLA (Rhaeto-Romanic for ‘Ischgl’) today denotes an outstanding 4-star gourmet hotel in the centre of Ischgl. The hotel’s own
gourmet restaurant – Stüva – is open between November & April.(reservations required)
