Summer time Yscla
Every summer has its story – this one takes place in picturesque Ischgl: A culinary summer dream in the gourmet hotel YSCLA!
Summer in Ischgl
Summer in Ischgl: Nature’s summer play of colors delights the eye – fresh air, clear water and the Silvretta always in sight.
Summer vacation in the gourmet hotel YSCLA: While the hosts are taking care of the formalities and their luggage, Svenja and Björn enjoy a light, summery nightcap next door at the bar.
Summer sunrise over the Silvretta Arena: When the sun appears in the sky over Ischgl the next morning with its atmospheric, gentle light…
… Svenja and Björn experience a wonderful summer morning and a relaxing lie-in at the Hotel YSCLA. Like your “very personal sunrise”, the stylish veranda sofa illuminates the morning room. The two of them want to stay there a little longer to chill out, and they can, because…
Summer breakfast delights
… Summer gourmet breakfast in the Hotel YSCLA is offered to guests daily until 10 a.m.
Summertime is outdoor time: While downhilling, Svenja impresses “her” Björn with an incredible whipout and her speed is also a real challenge for him.
Midsummer in the high mountains: The two of them enjoy the well-deserved break and enjoy the wonderful view on the alpine pasture. The view sweeps far over the peaks of Paznaun, the cool mountain air is refreshing even on the hottest days of the year.
Summer surprise at lunchtime: Svenja and Björn are amazed when they pass by the Friedrichshafener Hütte: Benjamin Parth, the host of the Hotel YSCLA, has immortalized himself here with his own dish for summer 2021: the porcini mushrooms The rösti coat tastes great and the two of them are well fortified for the return trip to the valley.
Summer figure for “her” and “him”: Svenja relaxes in the YSCLA Vitaltherme while Björn trains his biceps in the “Church of Iron”.
Summer feeling on a plate: A summery play of culinary colors delights Svenja and Björn at the first gourmet menu in the cozy and elegant Stüva.
Summer lightness in a glass: Sommelier Sarah Parth serves the young couple fine wines – ideally paired with their dinner. “Wine is sunlight dissolved in water,” says Björn quite philosophically, and Svenja says with a laugh, “Wine is the poet’s Holy Spirit.”
Their first day of summer in the gourmet hotel YSCLA comes to an atmospheric end – but a whole summer dream full of culinary holiday experiences still lies ahead for the two of them.
